Donny Price

Coach Price was a 1969 graduate of Juniata Valley and 1973 graduate of IUP where he was the starting punter for 1972-73 seasons.

Returning back to Juniata Valley in the early 1980s he volunteered at the varsity level with a focus on special teams. Coach Price returned to coaching full-time in 1998 as a Junior High assistant before becoming varsity assistant from 2000-2013. During his tenure as special teams and defensive back coach, he oversaw multiple ICC All-Stars. The defensive backs were in top 5 in D-VI, 6 different seasons for interceptions. Since 2013 Coach Price, when not with his wife Suz and son Tony in Florida, has continued to volunteer with kickers and punters at Juniata Valley. Coach Price will always be remembered for the quote, "punters are people too!"
